Are your glassware items dishwasher safe? TOP
All of our glasses are hand painted. We use enamel paints made specifically for glass and heat-set them to increase resilience.
The paint manufacturer states that painted glass can be placed in the top rack of the dishwasher. Keep in mind though that many detergents have a few harsh components in them that may cause color fading.
Some customers have put our painted glassware in the dishwasher and have had no problems, others have noticed slight fading. We recommend hand washing in mild soap and water. Do not soak.

Do you have a store I can visit? TOP
Our presence is primarily online but we do sell our products at Charles Cole Memorial Hospital in Coudersport, PA and at Heart's Desire in Galeton & Wellsboro, PA.
Can your signs be hung outside? TOP
All of our signs are sealed to increase longevity but we do recommend that you let us know at the time of your order if your sign will be for outdoor use.
We prefer to use polyurethane on anything going outside so that it will last.
I placed my order.. How long before it is shipped? TOP
We try to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Our standard policy is that we will ship your order within 7-10 business days after receiving payment.
For custom orders, please allow 15 business days for creation and shipping.
How do I pay? TOP
We accept PayPal. If you don't have a PayPal account, don't worry! You can still use PayPal to pay with a credit card or check. Learn more at www.paypal.com
Can I return my order? TOP
We accept returns on all items EXCEPT custom orders.
We will refund the purchase price less the shipping charge. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. Item must be returned within 7 days and in original condition.
