All of our items are hand painted for you upon receipt of your order and will vary slightly from the items pictured. These are produced in a smoke free environment.
Payment
We accept PayPal. If you don't have a PayPal account, don't worry! You can still use PayPal to pay with a credit card.
Shipping
Orders are shipped within 7-10 business days after payment is received. If an order will take longer than 7-10 business days, we will notify you in advance.
For custom orders, please allow up to 15 business days for creation & shipping. As soon as your order ships, we will send you the USPS tracking number.
Refunds & Exchanges
We accept returns on all items EXCEPT custom orders. It can be somewhat difficult to resell something with a name on it. :)
We will refund the purchase price less the shipping charge. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. Item must be returned within 7 days and in original condition.
